      <title>2006-07 Atlantic Hockey All-Academic Team</title>
      <link>http://www.atlantichockeyonline.com/news/2006-07_News/0607AllAcademic</link>
      <description>A new standard has been set in the classroom for the student-athletes of Atlantic Hockey as 124 have earned a spot on the All-Academic Team.  The 124 student-athletes eclipses the mark of 105 that were honored after the 2004-05 season.  In the fourth year of existence, 10 players earned their fourth appearance on the All-Academic squad, with Sacred Heart placing the most on the list with four.  In addition, 17 student-athletes have been named three times, while 23 players earned their second trip on the squad. &#xD;
&#xD;
This season a trio of student-athletes achieved perfection in the classroom. Junior Nick Kary (Sacred Heart) became the first two-time Scholar Athlete of the Year, while junior Bryce Hollweg (Army) and freshman Matt Fennell (Mercyhurst) garnered the award for the first time.</description>
