PrestoSports' Summers to Assist Atlantic Hockey with Public Relations

Wakefield, Mass. - - Atlantic Hockey Commissioner Bob DeGregorio announced today that Patrick B. Summers will take on the duties of public relations director and web master for Atlantic Hockey following the resignation of assistant to the commissioner, Jonathan Harper.

DeGregorio turned to PrestoSports, the Official Web Developer of Atlantic Hockey, to fill the void for the remainder of the year. PrestoSports is responsible for launching the inaugural website of Atlantic Hockey, www.atlantichockeyonline.com, in October of this year utilizing its easy to use content management system.

“It is fortunate that PrestoSports was able to take on this added responsibility,” said Commissioner, Bob DeGregorio. “We did not want to have any period of time where our student-athletes and member institutions were not getting the recognition they deserved and PrestoSports has stepped up to assist us. This is why they are such a valuable asset to Atlantic Hockey.”

Summers is currently the Project Manager for PrestoSports managing all current clients and overseeing the development of the content management system that was built specifically for college athletics. Prior to his arrival to PrestoSports, Summers worked at the Eastern College Athletic Conference for nearly seven years as the assistant commissioner for championships and information technology.
