Former Crusader Patirck Rissmiller Recalled By San Jose Sharks

Sharks recall Rissmiller from Cleveland Barons

The San Jose Sharks announced that they have recalled former Holy
Cross
hockey player Patrick Rissmiller from the Cleveland Barons.
Rissmiller
will join the team as it hosts the St. Louis Blues on Thursday.
In the 2003-04 season, the Belmont, Mass., native played in four
games
for the Sharks. He has played for Cleveland for four seasons as he
is
the Barons' all-time points leader and all-time assists leader,
while he
is second in goals. This season he is second on the team in points
with
52 as he has posted 15 goals and a team-leading 37 assists. In
January,
he was selected to play for Planet USA in the 2006 Rbk Hockey
AHL
All-Star Classic.
As a four-year Crusader (1998-02), Rissmiller tallied 53 goals and
90
assists for 143 points in 131 games. He is 12th on the Holy
Cross
all-time points list, while he is tied for seventh in assists. In
his
senior season, Rissmiller led the Crusaders in assists (20) and
points
(46).
