
ATLANTIC HOCKEY AND B2 NETWORK REACH WEBCAST AGREEMENT
HAVERHILL, MA - The Atlantic Hockey Association
and the B2 Network have announced today that every game during the
Atlantic Hockey Championship will be broadcast worldwide live on
the B2 Network. The quarterfinals will take place either Thursday,
March 6 - Saturday, March 8 or Friday, March 7 - Saunday, March 9.
This season there will be four games played at the Blue Cross Arena
in Rochester, N.Y. The two lowest seeds will face each other on
Friday, March 14. The semifinals will be played on Saturday, March
15 with the first semifinal starting at 4:05 pm and the second
semifinal at 7:35 pm. The finals will be played on Sunday, March 16
with game time slated for 7:05 pm.
"This is the second year that the B2 Network will be broadcasting
our tournament," states Bob DeGregorio, Commissioner of Atlantic
Hockey. "Last season they did an excellent job with the broadcasts
for our semifinals and final. This season they will be doing every
game for us, including the Championship. We hope our fans will be
able to enjoy the competition at home if they cannot be at the
arena."

broadcaster of last season's championship and the response to those

enjoy, for the first time ever, the chance to watch all postseason
games live."
Fans wanting to watch the AHA tournament via B2 will need a
high-speed internet connection and Windows Media Player 9 or
higher. All quarterfinal games will be available for $8, while the
four games at the Blue Cross Arena can be purchased for a package
price of $25 or single game at $8. Access to all Atlantic Hockey

The Atlantic Hockey Association arose when nine institutions joined
together on June 30, 2003, to found a new Division-I men's ice
hockey conference. The league currently consists of ten members:
Air Force Academy, American International College, Army, Bentley
College, Canisius College, the University of Connecticut, the
College of the Holy Cross, Mercyhurst College, Rochester Institute
of Technology and Sacred Heart University.
