Atlantic Hockey Player of the Month | ||

SIMON LAMBERT - R.I.T. Lambert led the Tigers to a 4-2-2 mark in February, scoring nine
goals and adding six assists for 15 points in eight contests. He
had a at least a point in all eight games and recorded six
multiple-point games. Lambert scored two goals in a game three
times. Lambert had four power-play goals and led the Tigers to 14
power-play goals in 32 chances with the man-advantage this month.
He leads the conference in scoring with 21 goals, 24 assists and 45
points. Lambert is tied for fourth nationally in scoring with 45
points. |

JOSH KASSEL - ARMY Kassel posted four shutouts in five games, including
back-to-back shutouts against American International and also
netted consecutive shutouts against Connecticut and Holy Cross ...
The most goals he allowed during the month was three ... Authored a
stretch of 5-0-1 to open the month ... Moved into NCAA Top 10 in
goals against and save percentage ... Helped Army climb atop the
conference standings ... Allowed just two goals in a weekend sweep
of No. 20 Air Force ... Had scoreless streaks of ... Moved into the
Academy Top-10 for career shutouts. |

Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Month | ||

ADAM ROY - HOLY CROSS Roy had a 2.24 goals against average and a .930 save percentage
in seven games. He was named the Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Week
for his performance against Army on February 8-9. Roy stopped 63 of
66 shots in the two games. On Friday he made 40 saves on 42 shots,
while on Saturday he stopped 23 of 24 shots in the 1-1 tie. This
was the second time this season he has made 40 or more saves as he
stopped 44 shots at Mercyhurst in the 4-1 win on October 26. |
