Atlantic Hockey Player of the Month | ||

Mercyhurst Senior, Forward, Pakenham, ONT Pierce led the Lakers with eight goals and five assists during a 7-2 run through month of February. He tallied four of his goals on the power-play in a 6-2 victory over American International and another one on a rare, six-on-four short-handed score against Canisius. He currently has 22 goals and 17 assists for 39 points. Atlantic Hockey Goaltender of the Month | ||
| Jay Clark - Army Sophomore, Goaltender, Baudette, Minn. Clark turned in a great February to help Army to first-round bye in the upcoming AHA playoffs. The sophomore held four teams to one goal, one team to two and two teams to three goals as he lowered his goals against average. He made at least 30 saves in five games. Clark totaled 69 saves in a series against RIT; 59 in a sweep of Sacred Heart and 76 in a three-point weekend against Canisius and 31 against AIC. Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Month | ||
| Phil Ginand - Mercyhurst Freshman, Forward, Milford, Mass. Ginand helped the Lakers to a 7-2 record in the month February with seven goals and three assists. He scored two goals to two occasions and added the game-winner in a contest against Bentley. Ginand currently leads all AHA rookies in scoring with 29 points through 28 league games.
