Paul Zanette - Niagara Senior, Forward, Nobleton, Ontario Paul scored seven goals, six assists and 13 points in eight February games…Zanette scored at least a point in seven of the eight February games…Has 10 points in his last five games…Netted two multi-goal efforts and five multi-point efforts…At the end of February, Zanette leads the nation in goals with 29 and goals per game (.85), while sitting in second place in points per game (1.56)… Zanette needs three more goals to tie Ted Cook’s 2006-07 record for most goals in a single-season with 32…Against RIT, Zanette entered the 100-Point Club and also became the 10th Purple Eagle to enter the 50/50 Club, with 50 career goals and 50 career assists… Zanette is now eighth on the career goals list for Niagara with 53…Zanette currently has 53 points on the season, good for second most in a single-season by an NU player with only Joe Tallari ahead of him, as he netted 55 points during the 2002-03 season… Zanette is one of three players in the nation to have netted 50 or more points so far this season…Zanette averaged 1.62 points per game during the month, along with .88 goals per contest during February. Adam Roy - Holy Cross Senior, Goaltender, Feeding Hills, Mass. Roy recorded a 6-0-2 record for the month with a 2.20 goals against average and a .898 save percentage. Roy only allowed one goal in the two-game sweep of Army for a 0.50 goals against average, while he made 32 saves for a .970 save percentage. He made 11 saves in the 5-1 win on Feb. 11, while he made 21 saves in the 6-0 victory on Feb. 12, as he recorded his second shutout of the season and the third of his career. Roy is second all-time on the Holy Cross Division I list with 1,824 career saves. He is also second all-time with 23 victories. Atlantic Hockey Rookie of the Month |

Brett Gensler - Bentley Freshman, Forward, St. Charles, Mo. Gensler led Bentley in goals (five) and points (11) during the month of February. He had three games with multiple points; a goal and an assist in a 5-4 win at Sacred Heart Feb. 5, a goal and two assists in a 4-2 win against UConn Feb. 18 and two assists in a 3-3 tie with Holy Cross Feb. 26. Gensler scored a goal in five of Bentley’s eight games during the month and had a point in all but one. He finished the regular season as the team’s leading goal scorer with 13, tied for second among Atlantic Hockey rookies.
