Holy Cross' Sheen signs with Syracuse Crunch (AHL)

Holy Cross graduating senior captain Everett Sheen (Lethbridge, Alberta) has signed an Amateur Tryout Agreement (ATO) with the American Hockey League's Syracuse Crunch. The Crunch are the affiliate of the Anaheim Ducks. The Crunch have 10 regular season games left on their schedule.
Sheen led the team this season with a career-best 17 goals,
while he was second with a career-best 35 points and was third with
a career-best 18 assists. He also led the team with a career-best
seven power play goals which were tied for 10th all-time for a
season on the Holy Cross Division I list. He was also tied for the
team-lead with a career-best four game-winning goals. His 17 goals
are tied for fifth for a Division I season at the school. For his
career, Sheen had 52 goals and 52 assists for 104 points in 149
games. He is the 39th Crusader to record 100 points and is the
ninth player to reach 100 points in the Division I era. He is sixth
on the school's all-time Division I list for career goals, while he
is ninth in points. Sheen is also ninth all-time on the Division I
list with 17 career power play goals. He is first in the history of
the program for games played as he appeared in every game that the
Crusaders played during his career. This season, he was also on the
Hobey Baker fan ballot for the fourth time.
