HAVERHILL, Mass. -- Bob DeGregorio, Commissioner for Atlantic Hockey and the Fenway Sports Management have announced that Bentley University and the College of the Holy Cross will open up Citi Frozen Fenway 2014 on December 28, 2013 at 6:30 pm.
This is the third time the Fenway Sports Management has hosted this event, but this mark the first time that Atlantic Hockey schools will participate in an outdoor game at Fenway Park.
“I want to thank the Fenway Sports Management for giving Atlantic Hockey members, Bentley and Holy Cross the opportunity to participate in the Citi Frozen Fenway 2014, says DeGregorio. “This is a great opportunity for each institution and their hockey programs; players, coaches, students, faculty, administration, and alumni to be part of a very special event, in addition to seeing a great AHA game and rivalry unfold at Fenway Park. As Commissioner I am excited for both institutions, teams and the Atlantic Hockey Association. This will be a great event and game.”

“It will be a fantastic opportunity for our student-athletes to compete against Bentley University at Fenway Park,” states Holy Cross Head Coach, Paul Pearl. “Holy Cross fans and alumni are in for a great night of outdoor hockey.”
