Wrap It Up:

Quinnipiac clinched the 2004-05 Atlantic Hockey regular season championship with a 4-2 win at Connecticut on Thursday evening. The Bobcats will be the top seed in the upcoming Atlantic Hockey Tournament, which kicks off next week.

Who's Going Where:

With a come-from-behind 5-2 win over Army on Saturday, Canisius locked up the second seed in the upcoming Atlantic Hockey tournament. The Golden Griffins will play host to Bentley on Saturday, March 12.

A weekend sweep by Mercyhurst over Sacred Heart gave the Lakers the third seed in the Atlantic Hockey tournament. Mercyhurst beat the Pioneers 6-1 on Friday, and 4-2 on Saturday evening. The Lakers finished the season tied with Canisius in the standings, but the Griffs have the head-to-head tiebreaker.

A win by Holy Cross combined with a loss by Sacred Heart put the Crusaders back in the home ice picture for the Quarterfinals in 2005. A 7-2 win by Holy Cross over Bentley on Saturday will allow the Crusaders to host Sacred Heart on Saturday, March 12. The Pioneers took the season series over the Crusaders in the regular season, 2-1-0.

Although Army lost to the Griffs, a loss by American International to Quinnipiac Saturday afternoon, 6-1, guaranteed the Black Knights hosting duties in the Play-In game on Tuesday, March 8. The Yellow Jackets will be the ninth seed and will play at Army. The winner of the #9-vs.-#8 game will play at #1 Quinnipiac on March 12.
